It is important to Organelle Hungary that we take environmental considerations regarding packaging into account when distributing our products. As part of this, we strive to use less plastic in our packaging wherever possible – whilst ensuring the product is adequately protected and its quality is maintained – and to give preference to materials that are recyclable or suitable for recycling.

Due to the nature of the product, false eyelashes are made from synthetic materials. For this reason, we pay particular attention to ensuring that the product’s packaging minimises unnecessary plastic use as far as possible.

For the packaging of our products, we use paper-based trays instead of the traditionally used boxes made entirely of plastic. Some of our products are secured on sheets of paper with an aluminium backing. The aim of these solutions is to reduce the use of plastic packaging materials, as well as to make it easier to separate the packaging materials and to facilitate proper waste management.

We use cardboard boxes and plant-starch-based void-fill material to dispatch orders. When selecting the void-fill material, we ensured that it could be treated via composting or dissolution in water, as specified by the manufacturer. We also use paper-based adhesive tape instead of plastic to seal the packaging.

With these solutions, our aim is to make informed choices regarding the quantity and type of materials used in packaging and, where possible whilst ensuring product protection, to give preference to paper-based packaging materials or other materials designated by the manufacturer as recyclable or suitable for appropriate disposal.

We consider it important to put our environmental commitments into practice through specific solutions applied to our packaging, and to continually seek opportunities to further improve the use of materials in our packaging.
