What exactly does this mean? It’s amazing, but it’s truly a volume lash fan that’s layered/tiered all on its own. A heat-bonded stem holds two volume fans with different curls. In our case, the entire cluster is created by the “merging” of a CC curl and a D curl. So, in reality, this isn’t a 4D fan—as labeled—but rather 2x4D (combining 1x4D with a CC curl and 1x4D with a D curl), meaning an 8D fan that provides an extra-voluminous effect while still maintaining its airiness, playfulness, and slightly irregular look thanks to the two different curls.
